What is TEAM?
The Telugu Expats Association of Malaysia (TEAM) is a community association for Telugu-speaking expatriates living in Malaysia. We bring the community together, celebrate our culture and support one another.
Who can join TEAM?
TEAM is for Telugu-speaking expats and their families living in Malaysia. Some events, such as the badminton tournament, are for Indian expats only, as stated on the event poster.
How do I become a member?
Fill in the “Become a TEAM Member” form on the Get Support page. A team member will contact you.
Is there a membership fee?

How do I register for an event?
Each event has its own registration form or instructions. Check the Events page and the Latest Updates on the Home page.
How can I volunteer?
Fill in the Volunteer Sign-up form and tell us how you would like to help.
I am a social media creator. Can I work with TEAM?
Yes. Register through TEAM Creator Connect on the Get Support page.
Who do I contact in an emergency?
In Malaysia, call 999 (or 112 from a mobile phone) for police, fire or ambulance. For passport and consular help, contact the High Commission of India in Kuala Lumpur through its official website. TEAM volunteers can offer guidance but are not a replacement for official services.
How do I avoid job, visa and money scams?
Never pay anyone who promises a job or visa without checking with the employer and official sources. TEAM will never ask you for money for jobs, visas or passes. See our Disclaimer and the Latest Updates for current alerts.
